The people there are professional and easy to talk to, good at giving expert advise with sound reasoning behind why they prefer some products over others (and not alway the more expensive products as seems to be the case with some of the other flooring places you might go), and seem to genuinely care about doing a good job and earning business through honesty and integrity. They do a great job in both helping you select products, and installing. I'll always go to them first for any flooring needs.
